Starlink - Contractor Support Representative (Installation) (Seguin)

Overview: Starlink Installation Pros is seeking a Contractor Support Representative for a REMOTE role.
You will be the key point of contact for our contractors, providing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities: Provide support to contractors via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve inquiries and issues related to installations and services.
Perform data entry to maintain accurate contractor records.
Conduct outbound follow-up calls to contractors.
Recommend solutions based on contractor needs and feedback.
Process orders and manage contractor-related transactions.
Handle escalations and resolve contractor concerns effectively.
Qualifications: Prior experience in a support role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual (including Spanish) is a plus.
Proficient in data entry and CRM software.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
