JOB SUMMARY: Perform clerical and administrative functions
REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
\*Handle incoming telephone calls, obtaining and providing information and
assistance efficiently and politely.
\*Perform all clerical duties such as order entry, mailing, filing, typing,
generation or distributing reports, forwarding literature, photocopying
and faxing correspondence as needed.
\*Maintain an organized work area and present a professional appearance and
demeanor at all times.
Confidentiality of privileged information must be
kept.
REQUIREMENTS:
\*High school diploma
\*Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
\*Proficiency in MS Office - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
\*Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
\*Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
\*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\*Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
\*Knowledge of and proficiency in personal computer operations, software
programs including Windows, Word, and Excel
