Safety Supervisor

\*\*Overview:\*\* We are currently seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor to join our team.
The Safety Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe work environment for all employees and compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks - Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard communication, emergency response, and personal protective equipment - Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions - Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents - Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and improve overall safety performance \*\*Requirements:\*\* - Experience in the line clearance or utility industry is preferred - Proven experience in EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) management - Knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC (National Electrical Code), and workers' compensation laws - Familiarity with construction management practices and construction management software - Strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance management - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Joining our team as a Safety Supervisor offers the opportunity to make a real impact on workplace safety while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.
