Maintenance Technician

*Responsibilities:* * Perform tank/equipment delivery and installation * Perform general maintenance and repair on fuel and lube pumps, nozzles, reels, meters and tanks.
* Maintain gooseneck trailers to DOT and company standards * Performs welding and plumbing duties as required * Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner * Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems * Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities * Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations * Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment *Qualifications:* _Required_ * Strong knowledge of mechanical, and plumbing systems * Basic electrical experience * Basic welding skills for minor repairs * Computer proficient * Must have a Commercial Drivers License, Class A preferred with HazMat and Tanker endorsement or expected to obtain.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Spanish bilingual a plus.
_Preferred_ * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience in repairing and maintaining tanks.
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role * Three to five years of previous experience in maintenance or general mechanical background.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with tenants or staff * Requires use of smart phone to receive calls and check and reply to email messages.
* Requires working with power tools and forklifts to complete assisgned duties.
*Work Environment* This position generally works outside or in a warehouse setting.
_Physical Demands_ The physical demands of this position may require lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds.
_Position Type/Expected Hours of Work_ Full-time position.
Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, *Start 7:00 a.
m.
* Standard 40 hours with some overtime required.
_Travel_ Day travel is required for this position.
Occasional over night travel.
