Responsible for preparation, completion and analysis of Contractuals and areas that significantly impact net revenue.
In addition reviews/approves manual adjustments and refunds.
Monitors/analyzes AR/Disputes and assists with Bad Debt initiatives as well as non-reimbursable charges, billing and A/R reconciliation.
Collaborates with hospital leadership on revenue cycle issues.
Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
Other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Administration or other related field from an accredited college or university.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 or more years in A/R Management and/or Managed Care contracting and analysis with experience directing a multi-facility business office.
