WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse - Supervise a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance and support - Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of products - Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts - Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations - Collaborate with corporate office to optimize warehouse processes - Train new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment operation - Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team Skills: - Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a warehouse environment - Experience in warehouse distribution, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes - Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in a warehouse setting - Familiarity with e-commerce operations and fulfillment processes - Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar leadership role - Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software - Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus - Valid forklift certification is preferred This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.
