We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our establishment, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance.
Bringing a positive teamwork environment to work everyday, while consistently putting guests first is of the utmost importance.
We are looking for someone who works well with constructive guidance, and can help mentor and train the management around them.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices
Skills:
- Strong culinary knowledge and experience in the food service industry
- Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques and knowledge of different coffee varieties
- Experience in food production and menu planning
- Excellent inventory control skills to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Knowledge of banquet operations and event management
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong hospitality management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with the food industry regulations and compliance standards
