We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management.
The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
Managers work along side our team in store, training, coaching, and setting a positive example.
Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in employee recruitment, training, customer service, leading a team to success, and management.
This position is for a Manager in Training.
The right applicant will work closely with our Store Manager, Director of Talent, and Store Owners to learn all aspects of running a Jolt location.
*Responsibilities* * Responsible for daily operations of the store * Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability * Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff * Training and coaching employees, handling disciplinary issues, documentation, inventory, full knowledge of all business procedures, ensuring highest level of customer service at all times * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service * Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures * Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards * Report on staff, customer needs, profits etc * Propose innovative ideas to increase market share * Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths * Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) * Sets the tone for staff.
Embraces company culture, owner vision and implements expectations for staff.
* Available for management meetings, staff meetings, coaching, etc.
* Remains in active communication with upper management regarding daily operations, profit/loss, employee performance, and other duties as assigned.
* Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance * Works closely with the Director of Talent in staff accountability, store performance, marketing, and personal development goals.
* Additional store manager duties as needed *Skills* * Proven successful experience as a manager in the restaurant and or coffee business; minimum 2 years experience * Powerful leading skills and business orientation * Customer management skills * Strong organizational skills * Ability to multitask * Must learn all aspects of store operations quickly * Ability to lead a team providing ongoing coaching while working alongside team members * Able to be quick and accurate working calmly in fast paced sometimes stressful situations * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Management experience with proven track record required in the restaurant and or coffee industry * Strong work ethic - ability to embrace our Culture and ensure all staff are following * Able to embrace vision of the company and implement Position reports to Director of Talent & Owners.
