* Bachelor’s Degree
* AMS, AMI, or MACTE credentialing
* Bilingual proficiency (plus)
Lead Guide Responsibilities:
The workday runs from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and optimizing the physical environment to enhance student learning.
* Planning and executing engaging lessons.
* Observing progress and tracking student success.
* Adapting instruction to cater to diverse learning styles.
* Maintaining a positive, productive, and safe learning environment through effective classroom management.
* Collaborating with fellow educators.
* Establishing positive relationships with families through regular communication, including monthly newsletters, scheduled conferences, and daily updates.
* Administering one-on-one assessments throughout the year.
* Communicating effectively with students, families, and other staff.
* Taking on additional duties as needed in our environment.
