Scam? Troll for vehicle condition report (Rosanky)

New scams when selling a car: there are fake buyers who contact people selling a car/truck asking for a vehicle condition history report.
Scammers claim to be serious buyers while demanding the seller purchase the report.
This is a scam to get the seller to spend their money on a useless report website.
These scammers have no intention of buying your car.
Here is how you can tell: offer the VIN and demand that the scammer purchase and pay for the report.
Boom! The scammer will refuse.
They want you to pay.
I have seen these 3 times now.
If only there were some effective way to kick these scammers off CraigsList.
