Room for rent $800 monthly utilities included (new braunfels)

hello! looking for a roommate to live with me in my two bedroom two bath in new Braunfels.
you will have a furnished bedroom and bathroom.
Rent is 800 a month and it includes electric water, Wi-Fi and access to washer and dryer.
Looking for somebody to move in before January 3.
my lease is up at the end of April so about 4 to 5 months.
I don't mind doing monthly, but would prefer somebody staying until April.
$300 Deposit is required before move in.
