Delivery Driver

The Delivery Driver is responsible for: Participating in Driver Safety Training Delivering food in the appropriate food carriers to ensure the freshest food possible Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all orders Executing safe driving best practices Extending Care 4 and 2nd Mile Service beyond the Restaurant Helping to differentiate Chick-fil-A from others in the delivery space Representing the Restaurant by being presentable, efficient, and friendly Assisting with Restaurant Operations in the event there is not an order to deliver * Operator-Led Delivery Driver Requirements All Drivers must be at least 18 years of age If selected, drivers must submit a Type 2 Driving Record from the DPS If selected, drivers must submit to a background check Use of personal vehicle * * Behavioral Characteristics What specific behaviors should a person in this position have in order to achieve both SUCCESS and the ORGANIZATIONAL IMPERATIVES? The Operator-Led Delivery Driver should have: Time Management Skills (able to arrive to restaurant and destination on-time) Interpersonal Communication Skills (able to give the Chick-fil-A experience to all guests, even outside the restaurant) Task Management Skills (able to balance multiple priorities and execute with excellence) Follow all Safety and Security procedures in the event of an issue.
