A Seguin, TX Plumbing Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative.
This is an office position, not remote.
Individual must possess the following skills and perform these duties:
Customer Service Responsibilities list:
Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Identify and assess customers’ needs
Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information through our scheduling/invoicing software
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and manage billing
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Extra office duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with scheduling systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to situations effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma minimum, some college a plus
2-3 years customer service
MS products and Google Business experience
Looking for the perfect person and we are willing to have a schedule of 8am to 3pm with a 30 minute lunch a day.
This would be 32.
5 hours per week and there is potential to have more hours.
