Independent Insurance Agency is seeking a licensed Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to service a book of commercial insurance accounts at our Seguin, TX office.
Must be able to provide professional customer service to agency's clients.
The CSR candidate will be responsible for providing timely and professional day-to-day client service working closely with the Commercial Lines Producers.

Support agency producers with customer service related tasks.
Liaison between clients, producers and insurance company representatives.
Assist with marketing renewals and account rounding for current clients to maintain client retention.
Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and document it per agency standards.
Recommending coverages, completing and submitting applications and related documentation to appropriate markets.
Marketing, quoting and rating of new client business.
Requirements Experience with Commercial Insurance a plus, but willing to train the right individual.
Property & Casualty Insurance License Required.
Independent Agency experience preferred.
Strong computer and technical skills, including agency management software experience.
Vertafore AMS360 preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and related software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Spanish speaking a plus.
