GreatAuPair is looking for Local Childcare Coordinators to develop new host families while supporting the host families and au pairs in your area.
This is a part-time independent contractor position that offers unlimited growth through independent sales opportunities.
On average, our Local Childcare Coordinators work 15 hours per month.
However, through independent sales, you determine your growth potential where you could work up to 30 hours per week.
As a Local Childcare Coordinator in your community, you are an important member of our team.
You will be working closely with host families and au pairs to provide program support as well as reaching out in your community to market and grow the program.

*Time Commitment & Pay*
Some of our Local Childcare Coordinators work as little as 15 hours per month.
However, through independent sales, you determine your growth potential where you could work up to 30 hours per week and grow your local business.
Your pay is dependent on your efforts and commitment to grow your business.

*Role Description*
This is a part-time remote role for a Local Childcare Coordinator (LCC).
The LCC is responsible for regular engagement with the families and the au pairs in your area.
LCCs will maintain contact with both parties to ensure that the Department of State program regulations are upheld.
LCCs will also provide support when issues arise and help to facilitate communication between both parties.
*Qualifications*
* Passionate about sharing the value of au pairs and cultural exchange
* Active within social media moms/parenting groups
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Customer service experience
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Professional in manner and appearance
* Must be a licensed driver with a reliable vehicle willing to meet host families and au pairs in person
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
* Prior experience in childcare, education, mediation, or related fields is a plus
* Associate's degree or higher in a related field is preferred
* Familiarity with computer systems and software (must be technically savvy)
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude, emotionally grounded, and a good listener
* Ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
