*Summary of Position:*
We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals to provide structure, supervision, and positive role modeling skills to male residents ages 10 to 17 in a therapeutic residential treatment setting.
Both novice and experienced individuals are welcome to apply.
Starting pay without experience $14/hr.
Paid orientation and job training provided, including CPR, First Aid and C.

*Requirements:*
Per Department of Family and Protective Services, you must be at least 21 years old to be considered for hire.
A criminal background check will be conducted on every employee by DFPS and Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD).
Also, a fingerprint check will be conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
You must be cleared by all four agencies prior to employment.
In addition, applicants will need to obtain a clear TB Skin test, and complete a pre-employment drug screening.
