Bachelor's Degree Experience working with college students or adolescents Demonstrated evidence of strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Attention to detail demonstrated in application, resume, and cover letter Demonstrated interest in working with a diverse student population Preferred Qualifications Professional experience working with students in a college or university environment Evidence of commitment to success for a diverse student population Familiarity with trends in educational development and current issues in higher education Advanced degree or hours toward advanced degree Job Description Responsible for providing quality undergraduate advising to majors and pre-majors and to serve as an advisor and resource to prospective students and their parents.
