*Responsibilities*
* Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
* Responsible for performing human resource administrative work and provide employee relations assistance to various programs, set initiatives, define solutions and reporting of such
* Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
* Assist with performance management procedures
* Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
* Coordinate New Hire Orientation
* Perform orientations and update records of new staff
* Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
* Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects
* Support other assigned functions, responsible for the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance
* Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
*Skills & Qualifications*
* Proven experience as HR coordinator
* Medical HR background _preferred_
* Experience with _Paycom _HRIS
* In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
* Hands on experience in using MS Office and Reporting
* Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
* Organizational and time management skills
* Bachelors degree in business or HRM
* Any additional training and certification in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
00 - $58,000.
