The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting and assisting prospective homebuyers, completing registration information for homebuyers, and providing administrative assistance to the Outside Sales Professional.
*RESPONSIBILITES*
* Greet visitors to the model home and provide appropriate marketing materials when the Outside Sales Professional is not available.
* Complete the Visitor Registration form for all visitors when the Outside Sales Professional is not available.
* Answer phone calls and provide information in a prompt and professional manner.
* Maintain daily model home appearance and open and close model home when requested.
* Provide administrative assistance to the Outside Sales Professional as requested.
This assistance may include the following:
* Sorting, labeling, and mailing marketing materials
* Light typing, filing and faxing
* Ordering office supplies from the corporate office
* Maintaining current marketing materials and disposing of outdated materials
* Creating folders with specific marketing materials as instructed by Outside Sales Professional
* Additional duties as assigned, which may include demonstrating the benefits and features of the model and inventory homes.

* *QUALIFICATIONS*
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
