Seasonal Order Taker (Driftwood, TX)

Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a full time, temporary order taker for a company in Driftwood for the holiday season.
Reliability with good customer service skills is a must for this seasonal position.
Responsibilities: - Take customer orders over the phone or in person - Enter orders accurately into the POS system - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns - Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Previous administrative and customer service experience - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others to ensure customer satisfaction - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 with some weekends required.
There is OT with this position.
This is a seasonal position that will run 11/27/23 -1/5/24.
