Job Duties Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement Lead process in preparing for events facilitated by the Meadows Center, which includes but is not limited to scheduling and preparing the meeting space; designing processes to elicit expert opinion; preparing resource documents, visual aids, and support documents as needed; and practicing the facilitation process.
Serve as lead facilitator and/or co-facilitator for meetings and small group breakouts, as directed by supervisor.
Project/Grant Coordination Responsible for planning, organizing, and performing grant projects related to facilitation and stakeholder engagement–completes and submits grant applications to secure funding.
Serve as PI to manage facilitation-related grants and ensure project deliverables are completed to high standards.
Create action plans and craft materials that effectively communicate the path forward to guide the project.
Provide facilitation assistance to programmatic grants.
Partnerships & Representation Form partnerships.
Identify and engage contacts to leverage resources for the Meadows Center and its programs.
As directed by the supervisor, represent the Meadows Center at speaking engagements, external meetings, workshops, and conferences.
Administrative and Organizational Support Manage project email accounts.
Schedule and run organizational functions/internal meetings.
Lead ad hoc special projects internally to support strategic growth.
Marketing and Communications Support Support marketing efforts (e.

, develop presentations and outreach materials).
Coordinate proposals and graphic design.
Write, edit, and/or proofread project reports and meeting summaries.
Develop meeting materials.
