Our company is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire leasing process, from initial contact with prospective tenants to signing the lease agreement.
This includes conducting tours of available units and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the rental market.
We are willing to train someone with a fair amount of real estate or customer service experience to be a Leasing Consultant.
Responsibilities for a Leasing Agent * Prepare and present leasing documents to prospective tenants.
* Maintain accurate records of all leases and tenant information.
* Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants.
* Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
Qualifications - Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with tenants and prospective renters.
- Knowledge of property management and leasing processes, including familiarity with Fair Housing regulations.
- Experience in handling legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law and contracts.
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Yardi - Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with tenants.
- Prior experience in sales, real estate, or property maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with experience in data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Previous administrative experience in real estate or property management is beneficial.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
00 - $18.
