* The *Automotive Billing Clerk *would be on an accounting team that works with two dealerships.

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* Tearing down and processing billing of car deals, both wholesale and retail
* Processing dealer trades
* Lien payoffs and trade-ins
* Processing floor plan payoffs and flooring of trade units
* Other general duties as assisgned
*Qualifications/Skills:*
* *Dealership experience is a must!*
* Dealership accounting experience a plus
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* Ability to be organized, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
* A go-getter that will take charge and be able to manage their workload with a positive attitude
* Must work well with others and have good verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Typing proficiency
* Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability
